The product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered)
Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or minor variations.
Return Request Process
A return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with:
Order ID
Clear photos or videos showing the damage or incorrect product
Verification
Our team will review the submitted details.
If the request is approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you through the next steps.
Refund / Replacement
After successful verification and return:
A replacement will be dispatched, or
A refund will be processed to the original payment method
Important Notes
The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
Requests without valid proof (images/videos) may not be approved.
Radiqore reserves the right to decline any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
