Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if:

  • The product received is damaged, or

  • The product received is incorrect (wrong item delivered)

Returns will not be accepted for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or minor variations.

Return Request Process

  • A return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

  • To initiate a return, please contact our support team with:

    • Order ID

    • Clear photos or videos showing the damage or incorrect product

Verification

  • Our team will review the submitted details.

  • If the request is approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you through the next steps.

Refund / Replacement

  • After successful verification and return:

    • A replacement will be dispatched, or

    • A refund will be processed to the original payment method

Important Notes

  • The product must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

  • Requests without valid proof (images/videos) may not be approved.

  • Radiqore reserves the right to decline any return request that does not meet the above conditions.
